Kasetsart University will officially appoint the Project Steering Committee (PSC) chaired by the Director-General of the RFD and the Project Technical Committee (PTC). The PSC members will consist of representatives of six participating countries (Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and Togo), ITTO, donor country (Germany), partner (TEAKNET), senior experts, and the Regional Project Manager (as member and secretary). While, the PTC members consist of technical staff nominated by the six participating countries.
The role of PSC and PTC are to approve the budget plan, monitor and evaluate the project progress against the project and give immediate instructions on necessary revisions and adjustments supervising, monitoring and supporting the project implementation.
